- Oversee the planning, design, and construction of capital projects, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate the work of architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, physicians, and staff.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of facilities professionals, including training and development opportunities.
- Develop and manage annual department budgets and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.
- Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, reading current literature, and attending in-services, meetings, and workshops.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 5 years of directly related experience in facilities planning, management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
