Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic facilities plans that align with the hospital's mission and objectives.
  • Lead the development of feasibility studies, workload projections, and preliminary budget estimates for capital projects.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and construction of capital projects, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, physicians, and staff.

  • Develop and manage annual department budgets and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5 years of directly related experience in facilities planning, management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
