Protestant Music Director

Ladgov Corporation seeks a skilled Protestant Music Director to lead worship services and develop music programs for our chapel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music direction and a passion for Gospel and Contemporary Christian music.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide musical direction for Protestant worship services and rehearsals.
• Develop and maintain a music library and song selection for worship services.
• Coordinate with the Chaplain and support staff to ensure smooth music program execution.
• Recruit and manage volunteers within the music program.
• Ensure facilities are prepared and secured for music events and rehearsals.
• Sing music from a religious music publication resource consistent with the Protestant Service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in music or equivalent experience directing and playing for worship services.
• 1+ years of college in music or equivalent experience in a chapel/church setting.
• Belief in and adherence to the basic tenets of the Protestant Christian faith.
• Ability to sing and vocally lead congregation in worship.
• Skilled playing of guitar and/or piano.
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead a Protestant style praise team.
