Warranty Claims Specialist

Leith Toyota is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team. As a Warranty Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, recording, and reconciling warranty claims and submitting them to the factory and distributors for reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
Submission of warranty claims through Toyota's and vendor websites
Monitor warranty schedules to ensure no claims go unpaid for more than 30 days
Daily/Weekly reconciliation of payments from the manufacturer and third-party vendors
Weekly journal entries turned into accounting to ensure accurate posting
Warranty Compliance "Random" audit of warranty RO's to ensure error-free close out/submission
Booking new warranty Repair Order lines as they are finished by technicians to ensure 100% accuracy

Qualifications:
Accounting experience a must
CDK/Dealership experience a plus but not required
Organized and friendly personality
Ability to work well with service and parts teams
Great attention to detail
Time management skills
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
