Athletic Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Athletic Trainer to join our team at ProgressiveHealth. As an Athletic Trainer, you will play a critical role in providing injury prevention services and promoting a safe and healthy work environment for our industrial athletes.

• Provide proactive injury prevention and early symptom intervention services to employees
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations to prevent musculoskeletal conditions
• Work one-on-one with employees to assess risk, perform posture coaching, and promote overall wellness
• Collaborate with the Safety Department, Medical Staff, and Production team to identify and implement ergonomic solutions
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment that maximizes employee comfort, safety, and productivity

• Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or a related field and NATABOC certification
• State licensure, certification, and registration in good standing or ability to obtain
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain prior to start of employment
• Basic knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout assigned shift
• Previous ergonomic and/or occupational health experience a plus
