Nurse Manager for Ambulatory Care

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Registered Nurse to serve as a Nurse Manager for the Ambulatory Neurology Department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic clinical team to ensure competent, compassionate, individualized nursing care for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Neurology Nursing Team
  • Provide clinical oversight for the MA Team
  • Participate in daily operational activities necessary for a safe patient/staff environment
  • Assist with coverage as needed and identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
