Make a Difference in Maternal and Child Health

Riverside Community Care is seeking a skilled Maternal Child Health Nurse to join our team. As a Maternal Child Health Nurse, you will work with our Early Childhood Services team in Cambridge and Somerville, providing support to families with young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide home visiting services to pregnant individuals and families with young children

Conduct assessments and develop plans to support healthy pregnancy, mental wellness, and child development

Collaborate with families to identify their concerns and priorities, and provide support to meet their needs

Requirements:

Current licensure as RN by Massachusetts Board of Registration, Division of Professional Licenses

Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from an accredited program and at least three years clinical experience in prenatal, newborn, infancy, or maternal services, or Master of Science degree in Nursing/Maternal/Child Health, Family Health, or Community Health or related specialty and two years of clinical experience in prenatal, newborn, infancy, or maternal services
