About the Role

We are seeking an experienced After Sales Technical Representative to join our team at Giant Bicycle. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued partners, including retailers, sales teams, and consumers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely responses to technical inquiries from retailers, consumers, and sales teams.
  • Leverage inventory management expertise to resolve warranty and after-sales service issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Giant Service Center team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage email and voicemail correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Identify and report quality issues to the factory, following up as necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Process warranty claims submitted through the G-Store online platform.
  • Coordinate credit submissions and approvals when required.
  • Pack and dispatch warranty-related items as needed.
  • Procure and store parts, working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient logistics.
  • Serve as a technical resource for Giant, Liv, and Momentum branded bike information produced within the last 4 years.
  • Manage warranty returns, including inspections and response coordination.
  • Collaborate in reworks and recalls as necessary.

  • Demonstrates high technical knowledge of bicycles.
  • Develops strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excels in high-level computer skills and familiarization with popular software applications.
  • Demonstrates high organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor and positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Communicates effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Can problem-solve and work independently.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the bicycle industry is preferred.
  • An interest in outdoor activities is also preferred.
  • This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
