  • Support the Bar Team: You will work closely with our bartenders to prepare and serve drinks, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Our Bar Backs are the face of our operation, providing warm and welcoming service to every guest who walks through our doors.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in our bars, service stations, and storage areas.
Requirements
  • 21 Years Old or Older: We require all Bar Backs to be at least 21 years old to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Our Bar Backs must be able to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Our bars can get busy, so we need Bar Backs who can think on their feet and work well under pressure.
  • Previous Experience in a High-Volume Restaurant or Bar: While not required, previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment is highly desirable.
