Qualifications and Certifications Required

Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline.

Must be eligible to obtain or possess necessary licensing as mandated by state regulations for Missouri, Arkansas, and any applicable county requirements.

A valid and current driver's license is essential.

Experience Requirements

Experience in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement or security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, or combat roles) is preferred.

Graduates from a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) in law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighting are encouraged to apply.

A Bachelor's degree in law enforcement or criminal justice-related studies is advantageous.

At least 8 years of active service in any branch of the military is required.

An Associate's degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice, combined with current or prior active military service, is acceptable.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Strong oral and written communication abilities.

Capability to assess and evaluate situations effectively.

Quick and accurate identification of critical issues is necessary.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years old or meet the minimum age requirement set by the state, if higher.

Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign national authorized to work legally in the United States.

Drug-free status is mandatory; candidates must pass a drug screening with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment).

Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background investigation, including criminal history, personal references, employment, and educational verifications, as well as Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable.

Must provide a DD214 discharge document indicating discharge status if prior military service is applicable.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings, with temperature variations from moderate to extreme conditions.

Major activities involve walking, standing, speaking, listening, and observing.

Physical tasks may include standing, walking, and sitting; minimal to no stooping or kneeling is expected.

Key Responsibilities

Primary liaison between the organization and client senior management.

Account management responsibilities include supervising Site Supervisors, overseeing disciplinary actions, and ensuring efficient scheduling of security personnel.

Ensuring compliance with contract-required training and screening for security officers, quality assurance, and contract adherence.

Managing excessive overtime and maintaining records as per client requirements.

Ensuring that Phoenix Holdings Group delivers high-quality service to clients while adhering to established policies, contracts, and legal standards.

Maintaining a proactive client relations program through regular visits to address any issues or recommendations for service enhancement.

Reviewing alarm system reports, compiling exception reports, and communicating findings to relevant personnel.

Providing timely communication to clients to ensure their needs are met and actively seeking ways to enhance service delivery.

Administering the Safety Program, conducting semi-annual reviews of the security Emergency Response plan, and monitoring compliance with safety regulations.

Conducting monthly testing of security systems and addressing any maintenance issues.

Assessing training needs for employees and coordinating with the Training Manager to provide necessary updates.
