Role Summary:

The Security Officer, working under the guidance of the Shift Supervisor, is responsible for upholding SIS standards and protocols across various operational areas. This includes conducting site inspections, responding to emergencies, reviewing surveillance footage, liaising with clients, and managing special assignments as needed. All tasks must comply with client policies and adhere to state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a secure and professional environment for clients and their guests.
- Conduct foot patrols and provide escorts to ensure safety at assigned locations.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
- Exhibit a positive demeanor daily, representing our brand and the client with professionalism.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must obtain and uphold state Guard Certification as mandated by local laws, along with any additional certifications requested by clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Adherence to uniform standards and grooming policies while on duty.
