Program Development Specialist

The Program Development Specialist will be responsible for managing strategic client processes within various business functions, including client activation, contract review, execution and setup, lifecycle management, and internal/external inquiry/resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client onboarding, vehicle scheduling, and tracking in an efficient manner.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve client inquiries/issues and collaborate with other specialists to ensure continuity and knowledge growth.
- Perform tasks in accordance with contractual SLAs and provide reporting to clients as needed to enhance their ability to manage their business effectively.
- Analyze process efficiency opportunities to improve client satisfaction and mitigate operational risks.
- Develop problem-solving skills through analysis and decision-making based on facts.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and teamwork while maintaining reliability and attention to detail.
- Require a Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of client-facing experience in Fleet Leasing, Financial Services, or Tech industries.
- Fleet operations experience is strongly preferred, along with intermediate-level knowledge of contact management systems, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
We are offering a competitive salary of approximately $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on location (Georgia or Illinois), with additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
