We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Specialist. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our camp's physical plant, grounds, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean camp buildings, including bathrooms, kitchen areas, and other facilities, as directed.
  • Waste Management: Properly dispose of trash and recyclables, and ensure that all waste management systems are functioning correctly.
  • Facilities Support: Assist with the maintenance of facilities, including cleaning glass and windows, vacuuming, and sweeping.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with facility coordinators and other staff members to ensure that facilities needs are met.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Relational Skills: Ability to relate positively to youth and adults in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrate knowledge and skill in assigned job duties under training, guidance, and supervision of the Maintenance Director.
  • Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred.
