Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop residential staff for personal and professional growth, ensuring high employee job satisfaction and retention.
  • Administer leasing procedures to meet/exceed budget goals, controlling expenses, and accurately reporting payroll and revenue.
  • Conduct daily exterior and interior inspections to ensure curb appeal, maintenance, cleanliness, and security procedures are being followed.
  • Maintain positive resident relations, ensuring a responsible person is available for building emergencies at all times.
  • Communicate issues or concerns directly to the Regional Property Manager, providing timely updates on operational issues.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the success of our residential properties.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Business preferred.
  • Three to five years of affordable housing residential management or related experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
