Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Member Services Representative to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our health plan members, employers, providers, and health plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and assess the purpose of each call to provide accurate and timely information to callers.
  • Provide complex information to callers, including resolving issues and answering questions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare or related business environment, performing general office duties.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to accurately assess and resolve complex caller issues.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a managed care environment.
