About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and providing outstanding customer service in our retail stores. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, develop your sales and communication skills, and build a loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for technology and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Position product insights and recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Close sales by utilizing effective communication skills and providing seamless customer experiences.
  • Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions.
  • Potential to grow your customer base through outbound calls and text messages to current Verizon customers.
  • Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One or more years of work experience.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income during peak periods.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience working in a commission-based environment.
  • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Customer service experience.
