Job Description

This position will focus on designing and implementing robust infrastructure to support endpoint device management, including Tier 3 end-user support. The successful candidate will have strong time and task management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complicated problems in a concise manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deployment: Engineer, deploy, and provide comprehensive engineering support for endpoint device management systems, overseeing the entire lifecycle from design through deployment to long-term support.
  • M365 Migrations: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, plan, execute, and deploy M365 workload migrations, ensuring compliance with FISMA, SP800-53 Rev5, and M-22-09 Zero Trust principles.
  • Endpoint Device Management: Independently manage all tasks and projects related to endpoint device management, providing Tier 3 support for end users and addressing complex technical issues.
  • Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for projects within the technical area of endpoint device management, driving projects from inception through completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of prior relevant experience in endpoint device management and Tier 3 end-user support, or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Located in the DC Metro Area and able to work on-site in DC.
  • Knowledge and experience with FISMA, SP800-53 Rev5, and M-22-09 Zero Trust principles, and the ability to apply these standards to endpoint device management and Tier 3 end user support.
  • Ability to apply System Engineering principles and processes to endpoint device management and Tier 3 end user support.
Salary Range

$61,750 - $111,625 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
