**Inside Sales Representative Position Overview**
Pennsylvania Steel, an independent metal service center, has an exciting employment opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Stanley, NC office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A competitive salary of $62,000 per year, based on experience, is offered, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and disability benefits programs, retirement savings plan, paid vacation and sick time, and opportunities for growth, development, and promotion.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing consultative selling and closing skills, ensuring delivery of customer orders on a timely basis, and providing customers with a personalized level of customer service that reinforces the importance of customer satisfaction. You will also assist other Inside Sales Representatives in the development and maintenance of their assigned accounts when necessary.
