The estimated salary for this position is $38.14/hour, which reflects the value we place on our nursing professionals' hard work and dedication.

Job Responsibilities

">

As an LPN at Nightingale's List, your primary responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, collaborating on patient care plans, and providing hands-on bedside care.

You'll also educate patients and families on healthcare practices and follow-up care, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

In addition, you'll assist with patient mobility, including repositioning and transfers, and report any changes in patient conditions to the supervising RN.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need an active LPN license in the state of North Carolina, at least 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar settings.

Current CPR certification is also required, and strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential.
