Radiation Oncology Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Oncology Nurse to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Radiation Oncology Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cancer treatment program.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing radiation therapy, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing treatments.
- Collaborate with the radiation oncology team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in oncology or radiation therapy.
