Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule daily work for maintenance employees
  • Train maintenance team members in equipment operations, safety, and repair
  • Order mechanical parts and supplies as needed
  • Troubleshoot machinery problems and malfunctions
  • Report mechanical issues requiring outside support
  • Complete daily maintenance reports
  • Ensure adherence to company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of maintenance experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Training as a mechanic or Industrial Engineer preferred
  • English/Spanish bilingual a plus
Working Conditions

Our production plant is a refrigerated food manufacturing environment. You will work in a wet or dry environment with temperatures ranging from 25°F to 110°F. Frequent lifting, kneeling, and bending with items over 100 lbs is required. Overtime, evening, or weekend scheduling may be necessary due to production demands.

Compensation

$30.50 to $38.13 per hour/non-exempt
