Job OverviewWatermill Express LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our team in providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing general office duties, including inventory control, cash handling, and timesheet management. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to managers and staff, including answering phones, responding to customer requests, and preparing hours worked for payroll.
  • Handle paperwork associated with water samples, monitor expense reporting deadlines, and coordinate reimbursements.
  • Update vehicle maintenance schedules, arrange for mail and courier pick-ups and deliveries, and maintain operational reports.
  • Reconcile local bank accounts, maintain organization and cleanliness of office areas, and perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; computer software certification preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to answer telephone calls and direct calls as required.
  • Basic understanding of account reconciliation, time worked reports, and inventory control.
  • Competent with counting and handling money, with a strong attention to detail and task completion.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
