Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and staff, including answering phones, responding to customer requests, and preparing hours worked for payroll.
- Handle paperwork associated with water samples, monitor expense reporting deadlines, and coordinate reimbursements.
- Update vehicle maintenance schedules, arrange for mail and courier pick-ups and deliveries, and maintain operational reports.
- Reconcile local bank accounts, maintain organization and cleanliness of office areas, and perform other assigned tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; computer software certification preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to answer telephone calls and direct calls as required.
- Basic understanding of account reconciliation, time worked reports, and inventory control.
- Competent with counting and handling money, with a strong attention to detail and task completion.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
