Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor incoming orders from referral sources via fax or email
  • Verify all required information is received before passing on orders to the appropriate department
  • Enter data into our computer system and accurately assign orders to the correct department
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure timely processing of critical orders
  • Rework and reassign orders as necessary due to updates or changes in customer insurance
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in healthcare or durable medical equipment preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year
