Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Cost Estimator, your primary duties will include:
- Conducting detailed estimating and quantity take-offs
- Preparing and managing bid packages
- Engaging in subcontractor and bid procurement
- Managing Requests for Information (RFI) during the bidding process
- Overseeing cost control and scheduling
- Fostering subcontractor relations
- Maintaining Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability
- Delivering high-quality and competitive bid analyses

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture

- Familiarity with On-Screen Takeoff or similar software
