Job Title: Identity and Access Management Analyst

Job Summary:

Innova Solutions is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our team. As an Identity and Access Management Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining processes, procedures, and training to manage user identities and their access to enterprise resources and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and develop Identity Governance and Administration applications, preferably SailPoint.
  • Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and training to manage user identities and their access to enterprise resources and data.
  • Perform cybersecurity-related administrative tasks to ensure legitimate parties have the right access to the right resources and right time while keeping illegitimate parties out of those systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks and compliance issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Identity and Access Management.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience working with Identity Governance and Administration applications, preferably SailPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Technology Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Information Security experience.
  • Knowledge of IT Systems, network protocols, network devices, and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of mobile computing, cloud computing, and data governance and privacy.
