Position Overview:

The Identity Access Manager within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure division will be responsible for directing the strategy, technological advancements, and innovative practices related to Identity & Access Management (IAM).

This position emphasizes the delivery of business value while upholding cybersecurity standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of a dedicated team, which includes technical experts and service providers.
  • Align team objectives with the overarching organizational vision and create actionable product roadmaps.
  • Encourage a culture centered on innovation, teamwork, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders and vendors to address technology requirements.
  • Ensure system availability, reliability, and security as the Identity Access Manager.
  • Lead IT initiatives, manage departmental budgets, and remain informed about emerging technology trends.
  • Formulate and revise IT policies while ensuring adherence to established standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
  • CISSP certification is preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator certifications are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, business insight, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to inspire and cultivate a high-performing team.

Job Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $170,000
