About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Professional Civil Engineer to join our team at TKDA. As a key member of our integrated team of engineering and design professionals, you will be responsible for leading site design and project management for a variety of projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preliminary and final site design and project management for public and private projects
  • Leading project teams of engineering and design professionals
  • Technical, quality, and financial aspects of projects from conception through construction
  • Collaboration with the Civil Group Manager, Market Managers, and the Vice President of Facilities Engineering to advance our services and enhance our reputation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota or Illinois
  • Minimum of ten years of progressive technical design experience with site development projects
  • Minimum of five years of progressive and successful experience managing projects
  • Minimum of two years of business development experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active professional registration in multiple states
  • Prior management and site design experience for private commercial / industrial developers
  • Prior management and site design experience for renewable energy infrastructure and facilities
