Job Summary

The Project Assistant will provide administrative support to the RadMD Imaging Program/Project Managers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects according to contract and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to Project Managers, including participation in client-facing meetings, completion of study-specific documents and trackers, and communication with participating sites and readers.
  • Communication: Facilitate team and client meetings, create agendas and minutes, and provide timely project updates to stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Develop, create, and revise internal and external documents, including the Trial Master File (TMF), and maintain complete and current project documents.
  • Project Tracking: Handle supply shipping and project tracking tools/databases, manage access to the image upload platform and data collection systems, and oversee site communication and resolve outstanding data queries.
  • Reader Support: Coordinate with Readers for Independent Review and assist with post-read QC, and manage client-provided enrollment listings and ensure timely submission of project status reports.
  • Presentations: Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations, and maintain inventories of study supplies.
  • Audit Support: Assist with audit preparation and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior administration and office operations experience, prior research/pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience, and knowledge of FDA/HIPAA and other global regulatory compliance guidelines.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and comfortable with complexity and ability to solve problems.
