Key Responsibilities:• Build relationships with veterinary students and experienced doctors through diverse sourcing strategies.
• Review applications and conduct interviews to place candidates within our nationwide network of practices.
• Leverage social media and other networking platforms to cultivate a candidate pipeline.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and post job advertisements.
• Negotiate employment agreements and onboard new hires.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Travel requirements: up to 30-40% within the surrounding area.
Compensation:
• Salary: $80,000, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses, telephone allowances, and additional benefits.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of high-level recruiting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience with ATS and data analytics (Workday experience is a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent presentation, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity, and creativity in adapting to changing needs and situations.
