We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse III to join our Orthopedics & Spine Unit-M2 team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments and procedures as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, and respond to care rendered, applying sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, and administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients, and guide ancillary personnel to maintain standards of professional nursing.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and compassionate nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.
