Role Responsibilities:
The Security Officer, under the guidance of the Shift Supervisor, is responsible for ensuring that SIS standards and protocols are upheld in all field services, operations, and functions within the designated area. This includes site assessments, emergency response, surveillance review, client interaction, and various assigned projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a secure and professional environment for clients' personnel and visitors.
- Conducting foot patrols and providing escorts to secure assigned locations.
- Responding promptly to incidents as they arise.
- Maintaining a positive demeanor daily, representing our brand, the client, and oneself in a professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Completion and maintenance of state Guard Certification as mandated by local law, along with any client-required certifications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Adherence to uniform standards and grooming while in uniform.
