GeoLogics Corporation is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Production Operator to contribute to our defense-related projects. This role requires an Active Secret Clearance and is based in a dynamic production environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Manufacturing Production Operator, you will:
- Engage in a variety of assembly operations, both repetitive and non-repetitive, focusing on electronic and mechanical components.
- Execute fabrication and inspection tasks in a research or production setting, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Build and integrate hardware for prototypes and complex systems, including RF and multi-function cables.
- Utilize soldering techniques for optimal RF performance.
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret Clearance from the Department of Defense.
- A High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 years of relevant experience; an AA Degree or certification in a manufacturing field is preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced loading and configuring of software on customer devices.
- Strong fabrication and marking skills.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Solid understanding of Statistics and Statistical Process Control (SPC) applications.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
- A collaborative mindset, thriving in team-oriented environments.
