Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advocate to join our team at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. As an Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families, promoting a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
  • Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.
  • Provide flexible and reliable support to participants and their families, promoting positive relationships and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with community resources and organizations to ensure comprehensive support for participants and their families.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources preferred.
  • Bi-lingual/Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage required.
