**About the Role:**
As a Part-Time Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include initiating, organizing, planning, developing, and implementing service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement service plans that promote the well-being and empowerment of youth and families
  • Provide support and guidance to participants and their families, promoting positive relationships and outcomes
  • Collaborate with community resources and organizations to ensure comprehensive support for participants
  • Conduct home visits and provide advocacy services in various settings


**Requirements:**
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources preferred
  • Bi-lingual/Spanish language skills a plus, but not required
