Training and Development

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily expansion and enhancement of designated marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Effectively address the needs of external clients.
  • Develop robust leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Drive sales through retail promotional initiatives.
  • Enhance brand visibility through local events and experiential marketing.
  • Strategize, implement, and oversee Brand Ambassador teams.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to assess customer eligibility for in-store services offered by clients (training will be provided).
  • Conduct lead generation and cultivate a client base for services provided by our partners.
  • Assist marketing and advertising personnel with specific client-related projects.
