We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at Villanova University Athletics. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and disposing of trash.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Serve beverages, including alcoholic beverages, to guests while maintaining a safe and responsible environment.
- Collaborate with the Concessions Stand Manager to ensure adequate stock levels and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to learn and operate a cash register and corresponding system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $15 to $18, plus tips. For part-time roles, we provide benefits, including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
