Job Title: Safety Professional

Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking a highly skilled Safety Professional to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees, contractors, and clients on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the project.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction safety or a related field.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification and OSHA 10-hour certification.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
  • Extensive knowledge of state and local safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
