Your role will involve conducting thorough research and analysis to pinpoint potential hazards or safety issues, thereby establishing effective safety mitigations and control strategies for aerospace systems, products, or services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and analyze safety concerns related to aerospace systems, employing industry best practices to recommend corrective actions.
2. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to define, validate, and integrate safety and airworthiness requirements into designs, operations, and procedures.
3. Ensure systems meet established safety requirements through rigorous testing, analysis, inspections, audits, and simulations.
4. Document safety analyses, hazard mitigations, validations, and verification activities in compliance with relevant safety standards set by customers and regulatory bodies.
5. Develop and maintain comprehensive safety and corrective action plans.
6. Promote safety advocacy through the establishment of training programs, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in identifying and analyzing hazards and safety concerns in aerospace systems.
- Familiarity with Safety Analysis software tools and resources.
- Proven ability to conduct system research and analysis to identify potential or investigate reported in-service fleet hazards and safety concerns, quantifying their impact.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in creating and maintaining aerospace safety tools and resources.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: Experienced.
