Job Title: Area Hotel Controller

Pacifica Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Hotel Controller to join our team in the South Bay Los Angeles Region. As a key member of our financial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and ensuring the financial well-being of our hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate hotel teams to achieve financial goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve hotel profitability.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to corporate headquarters.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to hotel management and staff.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure hotel stability and growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel finance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
