Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Stonebridge Companies. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours.

• Provide personalized service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Regularly communicate and converse with guests to build rapport and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare food and beverages according to recipe, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Fully understand and comply with all food safety requirements, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests.
• Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, displaying food and beverages in an organized and attractive manner.
• Efficiently replenish buffet with food, beverages, and supplies as needed, maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the buffet area throughout the morning, reorganizing and tidying as necessary.
• Properly dispose of used plates, utensils, napkins, and cups, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
• May be responsible for keeping inventory stocked by ordering additional food and supplies as needed.
• Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain regular attendance, being consistently on time and observing prescribed work, break, and meal periods.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, adhering to the company dress code.
• Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Must speak proficient English.

The work environment typically involves:

• Indoor work environment.
• Minimal to moderate noise levels consistent with a hotel environment.
