Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning and Instruction: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth in children.
  • Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a safe, fun, and age-appropriate learning environment, ensuring the classroom is clean and ready for tours at all times.
  • Child Development and Support: Recognize and respond to the unique needs and interests of each child, providing developmentally appropriate activities and support.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Partner with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, providing daily written feedback and participating in parent conferences.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements, reporting any injuries or accidents to management immediately.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Meet state licensing requirements for education and experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in early childhood education.
  • Skills and Abilities: Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and professionalism, with excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
