The Learning Experience is seeking an experienced preschool teacher to join our team. As a preschool teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for our young students.
Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom, modeling behaviors and providing feedback.
- Responsible for overall classroom management, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with infants, toddlers, and preschool children in a way that meets their unique needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
- Support your center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred; at least six months of experience required.
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
- $16.00 per hour.
