- Set up and maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Ensure the classroom is clean and ready for tours at all times.
- Assist children with schoolwork and provide individualized support.
- Treat children with dignity and respect, displaying friendly and caring behavior.
- Recognize and consider the background, special talents, and interests of each child.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
- Report any injuries or accidents to management immediately.
- Supervise children as required by the center and state regulations.
- Participate in activities with children in the classroom and playgrounds.
- Plan and conduct parent conferences, providing daily written feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information on children and their families.
- Report suspected abuse or neglect as mandated by state regulations.
- Attend all staff meetings, training sessions, and programs as requested.
- Must meet state licensing requirements for education and experience.
- BSAC Qualification.
- EDU 119 or ECE Credits.
