About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cardiac Care Specialist to join our team at Providence RN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct quality care for cardiac patients in an out-patient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide care according to the individualized needs of the patient using the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Assess, treat, and care for patients, including adult and geriatric populations.
- Analyze patient data with an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional/psychosocial, spiritual, and chronological maturation process.
- Coordinate patient care activities with other members of the healthcare team in a collegial relationship.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Certified Cardiac Device Specialist Certification.
