Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Medical City Arlington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and stabilize patients in a fast-paced emergency setting.
  • Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN's scope of practice and in accordance with established policies.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, including education and follow-up care instructions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
