Friedman Vartolo LLP, a leading real estate law firm, is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Attorney to join our team. We specialize in lender-side default services and real estate litigation, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, with a focus on mortgage foreclosure law, secured transactions, and consumer protection laws. Excellent legal analysis, writing, and editing skills are essential, as well as outstanding organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities will include managing a foreclosure caseload, communicating with clients and investors, and working with support staff. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and demonstrate leadership qualities.
