Foreclosure Attorney

The ideal candidate will have experience handling foreclosure matters in Maryland, with a strong background in civil litigation and mortgage foreclosure law. They will be responsible for managing a foreclosure caseload, communicating with clients and investors, and working with support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a foreclosure caseload, working cases from beginning to end;
• Communicate with clients and investors to effectuate loss mitigation resolutions, where applicable;
• Work with and oversee support staff.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in Maryland;
• Superior organizational skills;
• Ability to meet strict deadlines;
• Leadership qualities, ability to manage support staff;
• Independent worker.
