Principal System Integration and Test Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal System Integration and Test Onsite to join our team at Raytheon's Ground Radars & Platforms Center within Systems Integration & Test. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for integrating hardware or software into a tactical system, evaluating the functionality and impact of these changes, and identifying and resolving issues and anomalies through debugging/troubleshooting and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Integrate hardware or software into a tactical system, and evaluate the functionality and impact of these changes
- Identify and resolve issues and anomalies through debugging/troubleshooting and data analysis
- Lead and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
- Develop integration documentation, execute plans and procedures, process and analyze data, and communicate results
- Statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data
- Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers
- Communicate with internal and/or external stakeholders
- Travel to support mission execution at applicable facility, test site, vendor, and/or customer location, expected travel is 10%.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with software, hardware, systems, and/or integration & test
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification.
- Experience with design, development, integration and test of radar systems and software
- Experience with digital beamforming, multi-sensor track management and data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation techniques, electronic attack and electronic protect, sensor resource management and mission planning
- Experience with hands-on root cause identification, corrective action implementation and verification
- Experience with test planning, test execution and test reporting
- Experience using DOORS or other requirements management tools
- Experience support test events with radar systems, weapons systems, or command and control systems
