Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Director to lead the operation of clinical programs and promote quality services for the community and patients at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position responsible for directing the operation of clinical programs, promoting quality services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience and 5 years of healthcare management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical programs to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration required
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required
