Job Summary:
Ingram Content Group is seeking a highly skilled Director, Learning & Organizational Development to join our team in LaVergne, TN. As a key member of our Learning & Organizational Development team, you will be responsible for directing the identification, planning, delivery, and assessment of learning and organizational development services aligned to our organizational strategy and business needs.
Responsibilities:
* Directs learning initiatives with a focus on leadership development, including needs analysis, content solutions, learning transfer, and program evaluation.
* Directs the organizational development function, including succession planning, career pathing, individual and executive assessment, competency identification, performance management, coaching, and other talent management activities.
* Manages and drives the utilization of learning technology, including our talent management system and distributed learning offerings.
* Identifies opportunities to integrate technology-based talent solutions to meet organizational needs and facilitate talent-related processes for our geographically dispersed workforce.
* Directs all program evaluation, including learning and organizational development initiatives.
* Leads the L&OD team in identifying measurement systems, focusing on business impact and return on investment, and establishes standardized reporting and presentation methodologies.
Requirements:
* Masters degree in Training, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
* 7 years of experience in management and leadership development, organizational development, or a related talent management function.
* 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
