- Develop and deliver customer training courses, empowering our clients to optimize the use of our equipment.
- Provide on-call service outside of standard business hours, ensuring 24/7 support for our clients.
- Document all performed activities, maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Travel primarily within North America and occasionally to the head office in Germany for on-site servicing and installations.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical systems, PLC/PC controls, servo drives, and mechanical systems.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, and testing of equipment.
- Knowledge of detailed function testing of all components of the system.
- Ability to carry out commissioning protocols and provide phone support for hardware and software issue resolution.
- Experience implementing customer training courses and documenting all performed activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel.
- Willingness to travel mainly within North America and occasionally to the head office in Germany.
- Valid work permit, Driver's License, and Passport.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
